• All game results are final once a transaction has been settled. No appeals against valid game outcomes will be accepted.

Account Closure by Player: You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus rollover requirements must be fulfilled, or the bonus funds will be forfeited. Real money (non-bonus) funds will be returned via your original payment method.
